It's handy! The HandiTool from SusanBates is basically a 4 inch tool with a crochet hook on end and a knitting neelde (size 3) on the other end. Middle has a flat section. These are really great for picking up stitches along an edge, picking up dropped stitches, and in a pinch can be used as a cable needle. Every tool bag should have one!
